Medical/Health Benefits

We offer our full-time management team members a comprehensive extended health care group plan including long-term disability, life insurance and dental coverage. All team members (staff and management ) receive preferred pricing (based on availability…) for their friends and family members when staying at our hotels.

Work Schedules

Hours of work are varied in the hospitality and tourism industry. These will fluctuate in accordance with many factors and seasonal business realities. Our hotels operate 24/7 so shift work may be a requirement for some team member positions. Regular full-time work weeks are standard with two days off, not necessarily consecutive or on the weekend.

Accommodation

Staff accommodation is available for team members that wish to reside there. Rental fees are deductible from payroll. The accommodations are dormitory style units with shared cooking and washroom facilities. There is a refundable damage deposit required for those team members wishing to reside in the staff accommodation facilities.

Uniforms

Uniform(s) are provided for all team members. It is the individual team member’s responsibility to ensure their uniform is clean, pressed and professionally presentable while on duty.

Impeccable dress and grooming combined with professional deportment and manners are essential requirements to ensure a thriving workplace and consistent guest satisfaction. The Banff Voyager Inn and Spruce Grove Inn look for team members that will strive to meet and surpass expectations.
